We were there for 1 night, overall had an excellent stay. Even the Rand airport was not so far, 14 minutes drive away. The room was ample sized with kitchen, 1 Queen Sized bed and bathroom, everything was good. The staff was courteous, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The staff were very unpolite, didn't expect that coming.

A really really nice stay for the same one night I paid nearly R1100. Respectful staff, excellent breakfast, ideal location adjacent to EastGate shopping centre which has loads of restaurants and the adjescent shopping center. Well-appointed and well furnished rooms, overlooking swimming pool. A handy kitchenette and tidy bathroom.

This hotel was set in a central area not far from restaurant, Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria and most of the main highways and good food area in the adjescent shopping center.

This accommodation had a central setting to very good resturants. What's more, it was really close to grocery stores and the airport and a big mall.

Some of the staff were not so helpful.

My room was well-appointed and nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms and patio, for instance, and the check-out was late. Having a hairdryer, a shower cap and bath sheets was a bonus.

Good setting, it's really close to very good resturants, banking services, supermaket, movies, and of course shopping, the airport and the Eastgate Mall opposite and the mall, near grocery store and the highway...

Modern and reasonably priced venue, handy location short walk to sandton, and many shops and restaurants. Freshly prepared breakfast with toast and much options, for example and top-class staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location, it was perfect and amazing next to Bedfordview as well as malls and rugby stadion. The breakfast was really tasty and freshly cooked and provided with the second option and toast, for example.

In the breakfast it miss variety of thing to choose from everyday same things.. The location is perfect its near east gate mall

Cleanliness of the rooms

We were given a neat and huge room with the bedroom, a kitchen and 1 warm blanket. The immensely pleasant staff accommodated all the needs The airport was 15 km away.

The hotel is conveniently located near Eastgate Mall, ideal for secure shopping and exploring nearby restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped for self-catering. The staff is helpful, and the overall stay was comfortable and felt like home.

Felt safe walking at night, nothing to complain about.

To have the possibility to eat in the room, because we arrive late, the proximity of airport and shopping mall, we can going to cinema at night!

Because I booked by website , some information were not transmitten to the hotel (extra bed, one room missing) and I did n t print the reservation, Not enough cup, plate for 4 peolple!

Wonderful overall experience. Perfect small hotel with great bedrooms. Courteous and understanding staff, quick check in. Really tasty and excellent breakfast to star a day with the second option and toast, as for instance.

Convenient location across from a mall. Helpful receptionist resolved reservation issue. Nearby shops, banks, and halal food options available. Some rooms had internet and noise concerns, but resolved by switching blocks. Older furniture and linen, but overall satisfactory stay.
